In this video learn how to reset your iPhone, iPod and iPhone. The first thing you have to do is press the start button while you push the reset button to restart your iPhone. Once you do it for 5 or 6 seconds you will see the screen message "turn off", if you slide your finger across the screen, you've restarted your phone. The same process is for the three Apple products: iPhone, iPod touch and iPhone.
This process is very useful at the time in which the screen does not work or go crazy. Sometimes crashes or freezes when switched on while you're downloading an application.
